1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to t777. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and t777 (the "Company", "Operator", "We", "Us", or "Our") regarding the use of the t777 online gaming platform accessible at t777.vu and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To use the t777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of t777 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously had a t777 account terminated for a material breach of these Terms;
• You are not acting under self-exclusion or a cooling-off period that you have previously requested through the Platform.

2.1 Age Verification (KYC)

t777 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify player identity and age. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your membership. Failure to complete KYC verification to t777's satisfaction may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

t777 reserves the right to suspend, close, and void all bets associated with any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned in full; any winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) registered account on the t777 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual (whether under the same or different identities) is strictly prohibited. t777 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, t777 reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered account and to void any bonuses or winnings generated across the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not used on any other service;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify t777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

t777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from t777 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

t777 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC20 network), Coins.ph, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods and associated processing times are as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit and may change at t777's discretion with reasonable notice to members.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount for Philippine Peso (PHP) deposits is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. VIP and high-roller tier players may have access to elevated deposit limits as agreed with their account manager. 4.2 Own Funds Policy

By making a deposit, you declare that: (a) the funds you are depositing are your own lawfully obtained personal funds; (b) you are the registered owner or authorised user of the payment method used; and (c) the funds are not derived from any illegal activity. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from an unauthorized third-party source will be returned and the depositing account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Currency

t777 accounts operate in Philippine Peso (PHP) as the primary functional currency. For deposits made in other currencies (including USDT), conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, as determined by t777. Currency conversion fees, if any, will be disclosed at the point of transaction.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

t777 is committed to processing player withdrawals efficiently. GCash withdrawals of amounts below ₱50,000 are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. Processing times stated are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during high-volume periods, maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible for a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified to the level required for the withdrawal amount requested;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available withdrawable balance;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds in your account must be completed prior to withdrawal, unless you elect to forfeit the bonus;
• Your account must be in good standing with no open security investigations or fraud flags;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, except where t777 explicitly permits otherwise.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits and daily withdrawal caps apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. High-volume players operating under VIP agreements may have customised withdrawal limits as specified in their VIP tier documentation.

5.3 Dormant Account Balances

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. t777 will provide written notice to the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in the Platform's current fee schedule. Players may reactivate their accounts by logging in at any time prior to account closure.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

t777 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback awards, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms below and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the t777 Platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash, bingo, and fishing games may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published on the promotion detail page.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated free credits expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly permits bonus stacking, only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: t777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of systematic exploitation, collusion, arbitrage, or other forms of bonus abuse is detected. Repeated abuse may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the t777 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment operated by trained live dealers in controlled studio environments. t777 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and verifiable gaming experience.

7.1 Game-Specific Rules

Each game category on the t777 Platform — including but not limited to live baccarat, live blackjack, live roulette, casino poker, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, slots, crash games, bingo, and fishing arcade games — is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any technical malfunction or disputed outcome, the game records maintained by t777's server-side systems shall constitute the authoritative record of the result.

7.2 Bet Finality

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed by the t777 system, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or withdrawn. Players are solely responsible for verifying the correctness of any bet before confirmation. t777 is not liable for bets placed in error.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a confirmed technical malfunction affecting the fair outcome of a game, t777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to player wallets. This determination is made at t777's sole discretion following review of game logs. t777 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's device, internet connection, or software issues on the player's end.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform process;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, whether or not such exploitation produces financial gain;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any Platform personnel to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the t777 Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing t777 support staff or other players through any Platform communication channel;
• Engaging in any activity designed to circumvent geolocation restrictions;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

9. Responsible Gaming

t777 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all members. We recognise that, for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic. The tools and policies described in this section are designed to support players in maintaining healthy gaming habits.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your t777 account dashboard after logging in. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the t777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, audio, video, text, and the overall selection and arrangement of Platform elements — is the exclusive property of t777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use any automated data collection methods on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, t777 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Any loss arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions outside t777's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your account attributable to your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude t777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

t777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• A player is suspected of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct;
• Regulatory obligations require t777 to do so;
• A player's activity poses financial, reputational, or legal risk to t777;
• t777 is required to do so by applicable law or court order.

Where an account is closed by t777 without fault on the part of the player, t777 will return the player's unencumbered account balance via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, t777 may withhold balances pending investigation and reserve the right to apply appropriate deductions in accordance with the nature of the breach.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting t777 support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

13. Amendments to Terms

t777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at t777.vu/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.1 Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the t777 service, you should first contact t777 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. t777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex complaints may require additional time; t777 will notify you of the expected resolution timeline in such cases.

14.2 Escalation

14.3 Waiver of Class Actions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all claims must be brought in the party's individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
